GreenSpace is the national charity which works to improve parks and green spaces by raising awareness, involving communities and creating skilled professionals. National or regional membership is available to social landlords and other organisations who wish to benefit from resources, support and strategic advice regarding the creation, improvement or maintenance of green spaces.

The Federation of City Farms and Community Gardens exisits to support, represent and promote community managed farms and gardens across the United Kingdom.  The FCFCG website gives community growers information on new trends in local food growing and land access to help local people wanting to start community projects.

Green City Bats is an exciting project delivered by the Bat Conservation Trust. The project supports community groups, residents groups and 'Friends of' groups who look after green spaces to promote bats in their area. On signing up to the project, groups receive a free Bat Information Pack full of useful information and ideas on how to get your local community involved.

Neighbourhoods Green is funded through CABE Space, Natural England, the Green Flag Plus Partnership and Groundwork UK. The partnership is supported by the National Housing Federation, the Landscape Institute, the Wildlife Trusts and a number of social landlords.
