Themes
The Themes section of this website is still under construction, keep checking back for updates, or for more information on this content, please email: info@neighbourhoodsgreen.org.ukThe website will be developed through 2006/07 and currently contains a contextual background to the project with expanding themes and areas of interest. We would very much like your help in this process, particularly for the themes section of the site.
These themes should of direct relevance to social housing providers, and include the following:
- Grounds Maintenance; e.g. contracts, costing mechanisms, trees, sustainability
- Housing Management; e.g. security, anti-social behaviour, play, sheltered housing, high hedges
- Community Regeneration; e.g. youth spaces, community gardening, ILM training, formal and informal sport
- Development And Refurbishment; e.g. new spaces, stock transfers, Eco-Homes
- Asset Management; e.g. open space strategies, tree management policies
- Neighbourhoods; e.g. Public Open Spaces, regeneration programmes
The site will serve as an information resource, with links to relevant sites and will potentially act as a forum for ideas and information sharing.
